What will you do today just because you feel like it?

What fear in your life is presenting you with the opportunity for courage?

We think of the point of courage as being the moment when the chick hatches forth from the egg, pushing itself out into a whole new world. But that moment of hatching can’t happen without a long period of incubation and growth that happens quietly inside the shell.

What is quietly incubating inside you, and just needs time to grow?

A rainbow exists not in the sky, but rather in the vision of the person who sees the refracted light. So really, why not create rainbows entirely out of your own mind?

How can you change a situation you are in by changing your perception of it?

You might think that anyone with any sense would build on solid ground, not precariously perched over moving water. But you don’t have to worry about your basement flooding if you’ve built so that the water habitually runs by.

How has taking a risk led to your feeling safer?
