How do you cultivate a bigger heart?

What fear in your life is presenting you with the opportunity for courage?
We think of the point of courage as being the moment when the chick hatches forth from the egg, pushing itself out into a whole new world. But that moment of hatching can’t happen without a long period of incubation and growth that happens quietly inside the shell.
What is quietly incubating inside you, and just needs time to grow?
A rainbow exists not in the sky, but rather in the vision of the person who sees the refracted light. So really, why not create rainbows entirely out of your own mind?
