It’s a gratifying feeling, knowing you’re on the right track, heading toward where you want to go. But sometimes it’s even better to be on the left track, headed somewhere different than the rest of the crowd.

Left side? Right side? There are those of us who, being lefties, are in some ways at odds with the rest of the world automatically. Most human made environments are arranged for the others. Whether this influence extends to a consciousness of being on a different way of heading for goals in life is not clear; some research tries to tell us that lefties may be more creative individuals. I truly cannot say whether both our physical and mental capabilities meld together in this respect. I sometimes think that setting goals too much of the time doesn’t allow for the random surprise.
