I’m not a leader. I offer ideas and actively involve myself in projects where I guess it sounds or appears that I could be a good leader of the project. I’ve already been president of groups; I know inside that I wasn’t the kind to inspire so I hide myself behind this kind of mask or supposition that even though I participate I try to ignore these kinds of invitations by saying “no thanks” but if no one else steps up, sometimes I get myself into the same kind of trouble all over again by accepting the role.
