There are times in life when a person can get almost trapped in what appears to be a comfortable status quo and doesn’t want to leave it. Most of my life I have enjoyed the beauty, the uniqueness, the association with wonderful times by having artistic and artisan objects to remind me of these times., When I see them in the living room, for instance, they bring such pleasure to me. However, “you can’t take ’em with you”. How true!
I have a home helper who patiently but persistently works for me in trying to find simplicity from chaos. Although it takes time and money to go through this process, I want to accomplish the task in order to continue to enjoy my surroundings but in a safe and a more simple way.
