Light at the End of the Tunnel

curved viewWhether the tunnel you are passing through is a short culvert or a seemingly endless passage through a mountain, an unpleasant task or a devastating crisis, the way through is always by knowing that there is always another side,  that the claustrophobic tunnel cannot last forever.

  1. That’s something I struggle with often. How do you know things are improving, versus “you’re just getting used to the darkness”?

  2. I don’t see an end. I do see a few handholds that may or may not be strong enough to support me: starting to see a new therapist, trying out the few medications I haven’t tried yet, starting recorder lessons, etc.
