What circumstances make it hard for you to be fair and impartial?
Binoculars, unlike telescopes, allow us to take advantage of the fact that seeing with both of our eyes, rather than just one, gives us depth perception. We only see with depth when we get input from more than one source.
What differences of perception allow you to see with more depth?
It is possible that the situation to which you are least likely to offer thumbs up approval is the situation that you are currently in. It is possible you are meeting it with remarkable good will. Or not. Really, either is OK.

When have you been aware that you were deliberately changing your fate?
People are all too ready to tell you about kintsugi, about broken pots being made more valuable and beautiful through being repaired with gold. But you know what? Things sometimes just get broken beyond repair, and the best thing to do is toss them and move on.
