Fragrance

Early spring in the Hudson Valley brings a parade of different scents–melting snow, damp earth, new growth, hyacinths, lilacs, and then peonies. Noticing the smells of the world around you can ground you in the present moment.

Rainbow

Women’s History Month

Who are some of the women whose life and legacy inspires you?

What are the sacred bonds you have with others? How do you repair those bonds when they break?
