Grief

Around the world, the first anniversary of the COVID-19 pandemic is reigniting trauma and grief. All of us need to take extra care to notice that grief and how it shows up in our bodies. All of us need to take extra care of ourselves right now.

Crocuses

In many parts of the Northern US, the blooming crocuses signal the transition from winter to spring. To many, they are a signal of hope that the long, cold winter is ending and that warmer days have arrived.

Notice signs of hope today. What are the signs of hope around you?

Friendship

CLF Learning Fellow Jennifer Johnson writes, “The pulse of life calls us to nourish our bodies with good food and movement, to nourish our spirits with art and song, friendship and tenderness, and quiet.”

How do you nourish yourself with friendship?

Make choices today to act in ways that express compassion for life around you.
