What joy have you found springing from the cliffs of despair?

Unlike puppies or kittens, newborn foals are able to walk and interact with the world within minutes of their birth. The may be awkward and gangly, but they pretty much hit the ground running.

What is up and running for you today, new and awkward though it may be?

There’s a way across the river, but you have to be brave, willing to take the leap from stone to stone, open to choosing your path when you have already jumped away from the safety of the shore.

Flamingos take on their rosy coloring from the pigment in the shrimp that they eat, holding in their pink feathers the underwater world that sustains them.
