We tend to think of humans as the pinnacle of evolution, the great final achievement of the process of natural selection. Which is, of course, ridiculous. Evolution is a process of change which branches out in all directions, and doesn’t cease as long as there is life.
When have you come to what you thought was a final conclusion or accomplishment, only to find out that change continued?

Where are you putting your efforts for change these days?
One of the obvious ways we make change is by returning the amount that is left over after someone has paid a larger sum than was owed. Sometimes we do put in more than we owe. Sometimes we get back more than we expect.

Who leads you into making change?
You know the jokes: “How many X does it take to change a lightbulb?” The humor is in the fact that each group, and each person, has their own take on how to do something that seems obvious. There is not, in fact, just one way to change a lightbulb.
