What achievement are you proud of?

“It’s not rocket science,” we say of things that are not as complicated as people want to make them out to be. But sometimes it is rocket science. Sometimes what is needed is specialized, sophisticated, detailed knowledge from someone who has worked hard to gain that expertise.

What are you expert at?

What is your favorite work avoidance strategy?

So much of work is not doing things, but rather keeping track of what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, and what has to happen before it can be done. Spontaneity sounds great, but it turns out you have to do an awful lot of planning in order to make room for it.
