Smashing It

Rugby is a notoriously intense game, with lots of crashing into other players. People who play the game expect to get hurt. And they do it for fun. Sometimes play is relaxing. Other times play is about maximum intensity and commitment, and the adrenaline rush that goes with that.

What do you want to get out of your leisure activities?

Social Media

Social media is a tremendous gift, allowing us to stay connected with friends and family far and near, and giving us countless opportunities to learn, and to enjoy things we otherwise never would have seen. Social media is a massive time sink, an invasion of privacy, and drives us into enclaves that reinforce our existing prejudices and assumptions. Both statements are true.
