What morning ritual brings you renewal?

Our bodies have an amazing system of renewal, bringing oxygen into our lungs on the inhale, expelling what we don’t need on the exhale. In a time when so many face acute respiratory distress, every breath can be a source of gratitude.

Where do you see too close a relationship between politics and religion?

Why, when there is so much grandeur up above, would a person choose to look down at the floor? Perhaps because the floor is also beautiful.
