  1. The most reliable source of a short but sufficient relaxation for me is to drink a nice cool glass of chocolate milk. I pour the white milk into the glass and then add the chocolate syrup. Mixing it with a spoon sounds “nice”. Drinking it slowly, savoring the flavor, gives me pause to sit and think things through. Although I drank white milk regularly as a child, it seems that chocolate milk gives me a sense of having a special treat!
