Whether or not you believe that certain religious figures have the ability to confer blessings, you have no doubt been blessed. A kind word from a stranger, a smile from a baby, a hug from a friend—sources of blessing are all around us.
When was the last time you felt blessed?
Blessing: “anything that brings happiness”. this covers a wide territory. It happens all of the time, doesn’t it? From nature, the beauty that abounds; from the smile and friendly talk from the young girl (who just moved from Florida to the Midwest) who helped me out to the car with extra heavy grocery bags and said, “Have a nice meal!”; to the laughter I shared with Mary, who cleans my home (we always find something hilarious). All of this just today! Think what tomorrow may bring!
