Does the phrase “It’s all downhill from here” mean “It all gets worse from here” or “From here everything gets easier”? I suppose it depends on where the coast downhill will land you, and you can never be sure of that until you have finally arrived.

I never looked at this quote this way before. It is another way of viewing the glass half empty or half full. I suspect many take this negatively, but from now on I will be reminded that things might just get a little easier as I go downhill. Thanks for posting.
