“Curiosity is the hunger of the mind.”
― Lance Conrad
What are you actively trying to learn about?
So often we’re told what to eat—or not to eat—with dire warnings about what it might do to our health. We are urged to “eat clean,” as if some foods were morally superior to other foods and “clean eaters” morally superior to other people. But what if the world asked us “What foods leave you feeling happy, satisfied, invigorated?”
What food makes you happy when you eat it?
“Nature repairs her ravages, but not all. The uptorn trees are not rooted again; the parted hills are left scarred; if there is a new growth, the trees are not the same as the old, and the hills underneath their green vesture bear the marks of the past rending. To the eyes that have dwelt on the past, there is no thorough repair.”
― George Eliot
What from your past has never been repaired?
