How will you let your light shine today so that you can give light to those around you?
Sometimes we define things that are old as useless junk, and sometimes we view those old things as priceless treasures—and two people might have very different assessments of the exact same item.
What do you cherish for its history that someone else might see as junk?
Everyone makes a fuss over the butterfly and the miracle of transformation. The moment when a new butterfly takes its wings is breathtaking. But inside the chrysalis is where the miracle takes place, sheltered there in the dark, away from all eyes.
Where do you find space that allows you transform in your own way and time?
Albatrosses ride the wind for vast distances, staying aloft for most of the year. They manage this amazing feat not by the strength of their giant wings, but rather by their ability to find and remain in air currents that will carry them where they wish to go. They relax into the place where they need to be, and allow themselves to be carried.
When have you experienced that sense of being able to relax into the current of your life?
There is always rhythm present if you care to notice – in the tapping of keys on the keyboard, in the slap of shoes on the sidewalk, in the rustle of leaves or the hum of insects or the whir of an oscillating fan.
If rhythm is always present in life, how will you find ways to dance along?
