We call an airport or a train station a terminal—an ending. And so it is, although rarely without serving as a beginning as well.

The sun’s light reveals our surroundings to us, makes it possible to see where we are going. But there are also things which are hidden to us by the daylight, including the fact that we belong to something far bigger than we can imagine.
