Sometimes, when the seas are rough, the most sensible thing is to bring your ship back to shore. But there are times when safe harbor is just not available—not without continuing further on your perilous journey.

What guides you toward harbor when you are caught in rough seas?

  1. Some how it seems to me that in a situation like the one described, searching for a harbor, I try to find the sun shining. If it is, I can feel its warmth like a robe around my shoulders. I can feel comforted as well as invigorated by it. That can be my harbor if I can find it.
