The light from inside the campers’ tents, the light from the street lamps in town, the light from the distant stars—it’s all headed outward at exactly the same speed, coinciding at this particular moment in time and space. How does it feel to you, being such a small part of this vast universe?
When the night is clear, and the constellations, planets, moon and stars are all there, I feel more complete even though I always accompany that feeling with one of awe. I am so glad that I have eyes to see this wonder.
