  1. I do believe that medical technology has given many of us advantages for a better, longer life. My medical history includes a Dad who suffered from Atrial Fibrillation; that means the heart beats out of sync for a while and causes emotional and some physical distress. I too was diagnosed about10 years ago but with regular medication I do not suffer from episodes and feel that I can control any minor symptoms that arise. I believe that my life has been bettered to a greater extent that was that of my Dad’s.
