I feel that I am heading to a time when I can put together a clearer understanding of all of the experiences I’ve had in life and make it a cohesive whole. To be able to say to myself “This is the way my life has been and these are the reasons why”. At an advanced age, one begins to not only look forward but also to ruminate on the past and attempt to make sense of all of it together.
