How does practicing economy help you experience abundance?

  1. My easting habits vary. I must admit that although I often cook real food, like collard greens from the produce department, there are other times I grab the nearest can or pack of something. This being said, I do believe in using leftovers in creative ways. I don’t hesitate to add one cooked vegetable with another, or a last taste of sherbert in a large glass of orange juice. It is really quite exciting to see what flavors result. If they are successful, I give them a recipe name (without measurements usually) and they almost all end in “a la Patt”!
