One of the definitions of adulthood is when you considering taking a nap to be a privilege rather than a punishment.
What do you do to restore yourself?

Naps are a wonderful way to restore. Also, if I my spirit is troubled I use a manta;
May I be filled with loving kindness, may I be happy,
May I be peaceful and at ease , may I be well.
Restore myself? It depends. If I think I am mentally avoiding a situation or a decision, I energize myself in some way: Tai Chi, work around the house: etc. If I feel physically tired, I sit down, start to read, and later, find that I have napped…to my surprise. It helps me get on to the next step in life. Catnaps work; longer ones are sometimes in order.
